We typically prefer large lots of 10+. You can ship us your product if you are not local and we can actually conduct the entire transaction without ever meeting each other ! We do most of our transactions this way actually.
Typical scenario: 1) You ask us for a quote providing us with detailed specifications and pictures of products. 2) We agree on a price, you would then ship us product and 3) once received we would wire your funds or send by paypal if you prefer.
Some sellers may not feel comfortable sending product to someone they have never met, so if this is an issue for you we can use an escrow service. Acts as a neutral 3rd party to protect both buyer and seller. But be assured we are a member of BBB (Better Business Bureau) and our goal is to make this a positive transaction so that we may do more business with you in the future.
How does Escrow work ? We use www.escrow.com (not associated or affiliated with Green PC) They are a neutral 3rd party that helps expedite the escrow process.
- Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms
Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the merchandise, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's inspection, and any shipping information. - Buyer Pays Escrow
The Buyer submits a payment, selecting check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card online. Escrow company verifies the payment. Processing time varies by payment method. Seller Ships Merchandise
Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorized to ship merchandise and submit tracking information. Escrow company verifies that the Buyer receives the shipment. - Buyer Accepts the Merchandise
The Buyer has a set number of days for an inspection and the option to accept or reject the merchandise. - Escrow.com Pays the Seller
Escrow.com pays the Seller by check or wire transfer. The transaction is complete.
How Buyers are protected:
- Escrow.com tracks the shipped merchandise and verifies it was delivered.
- The Seller isn't paid until the Buyer accepts the merchandise, or the inspection period expires.
How Sellers are protected:
- Escrow.com confirms when the Buyer receives merchandise.
- The Seller is authorized to ship only after Escrow.com verifies good funds.
